I absolutely love this place! From the moment I checked in, till the last day everything was perfect!!! Staff-all the ladies in housekeeping, in the reception and in breakfast service were always nice, smiling, professional and helpful. Breakfast-variety of items: different types of ham, cheese, salads, vegetables, eggs made different way, jams, yoghurts, pancakes… everything tasty, full!!! Plus coffee, tea, juices. Location-in centre of beautiful Kazimierz district, very close to Jewish restaurants which have delicious food and fantastic live music!! Cleaning-housekeeping ladies were doing fantastic job, everyday cleaning the room, changing towels if necessary! Tv, big bed, tea and coffee in the room, clock with alarm, fan, small fridge, 2 bottles of water. I loved everything and big THANK YOU for all of the staff because you made my stay unforgettable.

Didn't spend too much time in the hotel as we were up and out, sightseeing, early and didn't return till late. Rooms and bathroom were spotless and beds made up everyday. Water / tea / coffee provided. Great location for sightseeing any part of the city especially around old town and the main market square is about 15-20 minute stroll away. Hotel is about 20-25 mins in taxi from airport. Booked tour and taxi through hotel. Not too expensive and I would stay here again

I really liked the breakfast! A rich selection of bounteous food and drink. The location in Kazimierz is handy to downtown yet has the shops and restaurants of a trendy quarter. The room had solid, old-fashioned furniture. The bathroom had beautiful tiling and very attractive and functional sink, shower, etc. The price was right for a good hotel in a choice location at the height of tourist season.

Reception was friendly and helpful, room was a good size, always kept clean and tidy with tea and coffee etc restocked. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options and the food was constantly replenished so, unlike some places, the full selection was always available no matter what time you arrived. Excellent value for money and would be very happy to stay there again.

Return visit for us to The Regent. It was the first hotel we stayed at on my first visit to Poland in 2009. The hotel was still a pleasure to stay at, very helpful friendly staff, a great location for exploring Kazimierz and great tram/bus connections for visiting the rest of Kraków. The breakfast was brilliant with a good choice of items on the buffet.
