The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was amazing. We walked in to a large hallway off of which was a large bathroom with shower. The bedroom had 3 single beds, a side table between them, a desk with kettle, cups, glasses & tea/coffee. Also a large wardrobe. Beds were comfortable. The rooms are not modern but in keeping with being in a more historical area. Breakfast was included which consisted of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, assorted breads, cold salad type items, scrambled eggs, local frankfurter type sausages. Juice, tea & coffee. Kept us going for hours! The location was great for getting into the city centre with easy walking or trams. Unfortunately we didn’t realise that booking with Bolt (taxi service) meant couldn’t get hotel pickup due to being in a Green Zone. However, only had to walk a couple of minutes to be able to do this. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

+ Great staff who speak perfect clear English and help us with any questions with happy and patience demeanor. + Fantastic housekeeping staff who not only fold the soiled clothes accidentally left in the bathroom and keep it neat on the bed. They never forget to tidy up where it is required. + Great breakfast with delicious pan cakes (with real banana slices) , rice like Pollo kind breakfast, both scrambled and boiled eggs, 3 choices of bread, fruits, salad, waffles etc etc.. Coffee machine never broke even once during our week stay. + water dispenser near front desk + right at the heart of Jewish Quarters, always buzzing with people. + 3 different tram stations easily accessible + The two ladies at the breakfast were very friendly and happy to help us with food details.

A nice basic hotel in the quirky Kazamierz district - so glad that we stayed here instead of in the more touristy Old Town. Upon arrival we asked for more pillows and a fan which the porter promptly provided us with. Breakfast was nice (if a little eccentric - who eats pasta in the morning?) and plentiful apart from one morning when a gang of schoolchildren had plundered the buffet and we had to ask for more cups, bread rolls etc. Our main gripe was the smell of drains in our bathroom which we didn't mention at the time although I'm mentioning it now so that they can sort it out for other guests.

Excellent location for most things ie bars, lots and lots of restaurants, trams, Castle, Town Square and even the best Zapiekankiz (Toasted Baguette) night food market just around the corner. Very good hotel, keeping its original fabric, and values, giving us a view to what shaped Krakow. A lovely charming hotel to match its staff, very kind and efficient. Rooms were very clean and bedding was changed every day.The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Would defo return to Krakow and stay at The Regent again

The location of the hotel was brilliant for visiting Kraków. With the Royal Castle just a few minutes away, and then the rest of the city right beyond that. Being right in the Jewish quarter also meant there were all sorts of activities right outside the front door. Two tram lines again a few minutes away too. Breakfasts were really filling and a good selection for everyone. The staff were always very helpful, and the requested airport transfer was waiting for us in arrivals.
